Background
Wei Jian founded Nine Gates after two decades of building and scaling enterprise technology teams across Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance. Having led large-scale digital transformation programs at Accenture serving Fortune 500 clients, he saw first-hand how traditional staffing agencies failed to understand the nuanced technical requirements of complex enterprise engagements. Nine Gates was born from that frustration — a talent firm built by engineers, for engineers.
